You've placed your order. Now, how long will it take for it to reach you?
Orders can take anywhere from three to seven business days on average to ship out with exceptions during holidays or busier times. All orders are made fresh at the time the order was placed. Once shipped, transit time can vary depending on location & carrier. We either use USPS or UPS to ship our fabulous pampering orders. We always send out a tracking number once an order has shipped so you'll know when to expect it. Margarita Bloom is a one woman/girl company who does everything from creating the products, designing the labels, to packaging, labeling, bubble wrapping and shipping out your beautiful orders! It's all a labor of love to bring you beautiful creations that make you feel happy and gorgeous so please take that into account when ordering. You're getting a one of a kind sweet smelling potion made just for you. How awesome is that?!
Do you test on animals and are your products vegan?
We absolutely DO NOT test on animals! I LOVE animals. In fact, I have five adorable kitties so I would never do anything like that. You NEED to follow my Instagram...I'm always posting cute kitty photos. It's hard to resist my kitties cuteness.
We use milk or honey in some of our products so most of our products are vegan. If you have concerns or questions just contact us. :)
Can I return a product?
Unfortunately, we can't accept returns because of the nature of the product. If you have any concerns or it's a unique situation please feel free to email us! We're always here to help you, our beautiful peeps, out. :)
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Payment through Paypal and major Credit/Debit Cards online only.
Where can you ship Nail Polish?
We can only ship Nail Polish to the contiguous 48 states by ground shipping only.
Do you do custom orders?
We sure do! Feel free to drop us an email and we'll see what we can do! *wink*
What are your candles made of?
We use 100% soy wax that burns soot free & is hand poured, each a unique candle made just for you! We even throw a little glitter and beautiful botanicals on top for you because ya know....aesthetics are everything and glitter is awesome!!
Can you send me some free samples?
Unfortunately, we can't. We're a small company and it's just not feasible to send out samples. Though, we may sometimes have smaller sizes of our potions available up on our site or we may be able to put together a custom order for you...just email us and we'll see if we can do something.
Are your products available in physical boutiques/spas/salons?
Yes, they are! Just email us to see if there are any locations close to you and if not, you can order directly from our website.
All orders are final. Once placed we can not offer a refund because of change of mind. Shipping charges are based on weight and as such may require to be updated in order to be accurate which may result in a refund or payment of extra shipping. Sometimes when ordering we may be out of stock of an item in which case we will notify you of any delay or back order of item(s) in your order. Occasionally, packaging becomes discontinued (Boo...which makes us sad!) and we will substitute the packaging but we promise it will ALWAYS be pretty and the potion you ordered will be the same. Labels are always being updated to be better and improved and products may have an updated label different from the photo of said product. We may cancel the order at any time due to our discretion due to various reasons such as inaccurate pricing, suspicious activity, inability to receive payment, unavailable items or any other reasons as deemed fit.
